Bowflex Max Trainer M5 Review

Bowflex Max Trainer M5 Review

100359This little baby was designed specifically for a quick interval workout in the privacy of your home. It is more closely related to a stepper or climber than the typical elliptical and includes 2 different arm positions so the user can get a full body workout. The Max Trainer is most known for its 14 minute high intensity interval workout which is pretty difficult and customizes to the user. Incorporating the arm movements increases the intensity of the workout and raises the heart rate better for interval training. There are 7 other programs to choose from along with a manual option as well. The machine can track up to 2 users so you can see your improvement and set new goals. The display screen shows you the target level and your actual activity level simultaneously. Its simple display is surprisingly motivational!
