This workout is about getting results in a no nonsense bootcamp setting. This military style workout is simple, basic and super intense. It’s high pace, high intensity and designed to kick your butt in just 22 minutes – it won’t even take that long. Just 8 weeks and you are done. You can finish the last week with the “Hell Week Challenge” (2-a-day workouts) to finish strong and bust out even greater results.

The designer and coach of this program is Tony Horton – you may recognize him from his popular P90X series. Tony based this workout off of his specific experience training military troops across all branches of the military. He features actual military veterans in this video series focused on cardio, core, and resistance. This style is very specific, very intense, and not for everyone. Watch the clip below to make sure this type of workout feels right before purchasing.

Some equipment is required to participate in this program. Things like a pull up bar or resistance band and dumbbells. Keep this in mind if you are looking for a workout that travels well. Also, part of meeting the high demands of the each workout is following the meal plan which includes portion control, supplements, and one shake a day from the “Shakeology” line by Beachbody. Supplements and shakes are an extra cost. Of course you can do the program without them, but it will take more meal prep and planning.
