F80 SOLE Treadmill Review

F80 SOLE Treadmill Review

w_500_f80-treadmill-2013_411
The F80 claims to be the best treadmill in its price range. And it just might be! It shares many of the same great features of the F85, Sole’s top seller. The Cushion Flex Whisper Deck and 2-Ply track lead to a quieter and more gentle workout, while the folding deck with Easy Assist helps with storage and safety. This machine has a more spacious running deck than competing treadmills and comes with an impressive warranty. The F80 doesn’t have a lot of bling when it comes to the display and programming so all of that value is the parts and function of the treadmill. This one is built to last and has the warranties to back it up.

The F80 Sole Treadmill is a great treadmill for the $1500 range. It does lack some entertainment value with the simplistic display and only 6 programmed workouts. Unfortunately, it is not iFit compatible which is something more buyers are looking for. But it does have MP3 compatible speakers that work quite well and is a durable, well built machine.

The main differences you’ll notice from the F85 to the F80 is a slightly smaller display screen of 7.5″ and a 3.5 CHP motor. Compared to other treadmills in this price range the 3.5 CHP motor is very comparable and in some cases more powerful than its competition. At this level the most obvious effect is the machine’s weight capacity. The F80’s maximum weight capacity is at 375 lbs.

The overall size of the machine might be something worth considering. It is just about 7 feet in length although it can be folded up when not being used. At 265 lbs it is unlikely that you will want to move the whole machine often. So pick a place that is just as dedicated to your workout as you are.

*It’s a bit cumbersome to assemble so you may want to opt to have it assembled by a professional.
